I am writing to thank you for all your help with our purchase of the balcony. From the point of our initial enquiry, taking measurements and preparing draftsman’s drawings through to production and delivery, the whole process ran like clockwork. Our builder has recently fitted it and we now have a very attractive balcony at a very reasonable price; more importantly, the Building Regulations inspector has also given his approval!
